I’m a passionate and motivated fitness trainer who wants to help others improve their quality of life, both physically and mentally, through exercise and nutrition.

I believe in exercising with purpose and incorporate variability into training to get my clients the long term results they desire.

I offer a variety of training options to suit individual and group needs.

I am Fitness Australia Registered and have over 8 years experience in the fitness industry.

I provide our personal training services to members and casual visitors at Donnybrook Recreation Centre, as well as offering a mobile training service to selected areas of the south metro area.

I’m expecting my first bub in a few months time and started training with Karis. she is very professional and casual at the same time. the space is ample and has everything for the exercise. I will come back for regular training until bub arrives and would be back for post natal as well!


I Trained with karis at West coast fit over a 12 month period , I had issues with my technique when it came to squats and various other exercises, with her help I soon picked up correct technique and started building up strength
